We have independent office space and supporting warehouse. The office area handles product selection, function verification, overseas order processing, email customer service, and after-sales issues; the warehouse handles inbound storage, pre-shipment sampling inspection, packaging, and international shipping. Before each cat feeder leaves the warehouse, it undergoes power-on testing, food dispensing adjustments, and button function checks to identify potential problems before shipment, minimizing the probability of issues upon customer receipt.
